When you first buy an L130, the initial ink fill (priming) takes 20 minutes and uses a lot of ink. If you run the "Initial Ink Charge" via the Adjustment Program, you are essentially telling the printer: "Forget my previous life. I am newborn. Fill every tube from scratch." This is a last resort for clearing stubborn air bubbles.
