By following this guide, you should be able to force the driver onto Windows 10/11, set up a dial-up connection, or even use the device as a Linux SMS gateway. If all else fails, remember that the virtual CD-ROM inside the dongle itself is usually the safest source for the original ZTE MF180 driver. Keep that 3G signal alive for as long as the towers allow.
This works more reliably on Windows 10 than the legacy dashboard.
