The Omegas ECU ground (Pin 2 - Black) and the injector ground (often a separate thick black wire) go to the engine block or chassis battery negative. Do not share ground with noisy accessories (radiator fans, fuel pumps). A poor ground causes random switching and "injector channel errors."
Include lambda sensor, coolant temperature sensor, and gas pressure sensor, among others. They provide critical data to the ECU.
