Building on the AI masking introduced in late 2022, v12.4 improved "Adaptive Presets." These presets use artificial intelligence to automatically detect subjects, skies, or people before applying adjustments. In 12.4.0, the rendering engine for these presets is 22% faster on multi-core x64 processors (tested on Intel i7-12700K and AMD Ryzen 9 7950X).

The AI can automatically detect individuals and allow you to mask specific parts like skin, eyes, teeth, or hair with a single click.
