Navigate to your game’s installation folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\YourGame\ ). Locate steam_api.dll (32-bit) or steam_api64.dll (64-bit). Rename it to steam_api_o.dll .

Copy the CreamAPI DLL ( steam_api.dll or steam_api64.dll ) into the same folder. Also copy the cream_api.ini configuration file.
