" (Mom will get angry!) is enough to send him scrambling for Doraemon’s "Anywhere Door." Tamako’s primary weapons are her legendary temper, her rolling pin, and the dreaded "10-minute lecture."

Tamako knows Doraemon is a robot from the future. She knows he has magical gadgets. Yet, she still forces Nobita to study. Imagine seeing a god-like being living in your closet who could solve your son’s dyslexia or laziness with a "Memory Bread" or a "Computer Pencil." Why doesn't she force Doraemon to help permanently?
