Steering wheels or FFB joysticks feel "dead" or have no resistance. Causes: Windows Generic driver does not support FFB. You must use the proprietary driver. Solution: Uninstall the device from Device Manager. Check "Delete driver software for this device." Reboot and reinstall the manufacturer’s full driver suite, which includes the DirectInput FFB filter driver.
