Partial installation or incompatible beta build. Fix: Boot into Recovery (Power + Volume Down) → Select "Install from local" → Reflash the same ROM. If that fails, use "Format Data" (this wipes everything).

Local Update is the middle ground. OTA is safest for normal users; Recovery Mode is for emergencies.
