Bakshy: Of Detective Byomkesh

The relationship between Byomkesh and his roommate/assistant Ajit is the emotional core of the franchise. In the film, their bromance provides moments of levity and warmth amidst the dark narrative. Ajit is the grounding force to Byomkesh’s soaring intellect. He is the voice of the audience, asking the questions we want answered, and often being the moral compass when Byomkesh gets too clinical.
