: Developers use textures.ini to "dump" or extract textures from a running game. By enabling certain settings in the file, the emulator will save every texture the game loads into a "new" folder for future editing.

If the file does not exist, you can create it using any plain-text editor like Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code. textures.ini
