The Headmaster is the brand. They represent the school at community events, in the press, and during crises.

A Headmaster receives a call at 2:00 PM on a Friday. The cafeteria has run out of hot food (Operational). A parent is in the lobby demanding an explanation for their child’s failing grade, threatening to contact a lawyer (Cultural/Legal). Simultaneously, a novice teacher emails that she is quitting effective immediately, leaving a class of 30 unsupervised (Pedagogical). Headmaster
