The SERVER line's MAC address or hostname does not match the actual license server. Fix: Run lmutil lmhostid on your server to get the true MAC address. Edit the license file to match exactly. Restart the license manager. Go to the "Start/Stop/Reread" tab and click "Start Server

Do not manually change the SIGN= value or any encrypted portion. Doing so invalidates the file. If you need to change the hostname or port, contact Keysight for a regenerated file. ads license file
