A: It's a mixed bag. The dub (Bang Zoom!) has Cassandra Lee Morris as Risa – excellent. But Ōtani's English voice is deeper and loses his "short man complex" energy. Most fans prefer Japanese with subs (especially for the Osaka-ben dialect jokes, which the dub localizes poorly).
