You wander through environments, interact with objects, and observe how characters use their glyphs. You then deduce the meaning of these symbols, building a personal dictionary. When you correctly link a glyph to a concept (e.g., "man," "woman," "walk," "open"), you unlock the ability to understand and eventually translate between languages.
