"Voyeur 2" picks up where the first film left off, with our protagonist, James, having just escaped the clutches of the police and the wrath of his latest obsession. However, James's addiction to voyeurism hasn't been cured, and he's soon finding himself drawn back into the world of secretive observation.
As James becomes more and more entrenched in Sophia's life, Rachel starts to close in on him. She becomes convinced that the key to solving the case lies in understanding the motivations and desires of the perpetrator, and she starts to study James's profile.
