No discussion of this production is complete without addressing the electrifying chemistry between (Benedick) and Catherine Tate (Beatrice). Having worked together on Doctor Who (where Tate played the companion Donna Noble), the duo shared a short-hand rhythm that felt like improvisation but was, in fact, razor-sharp iambic pentameter.
