As they venture deeper into the caves, they become trapped after a cave-in blocks their exit. The group soon discovers that they are not alone in the caves, as they encounter subterranean creatures that have been living beneath the earth. The creatures are blind, but their acute sense of smell and hearing make them formidable predators.
