You start with two agents: the veteran Decker and the sharpshooter Internationale. As you progress, you can rescue other agents with unique abilities. You also customize "Incognita," your central AI system. You choose the hacking programs you take on missions—some are aggressive (Brute Force), while others are stealthy (Parasite). Balancing your agent loadout with your hacking software is a strategic meta-game in itself.
