You cannot move progression between different store versions on PC (e.g., Epic Games to Steam) by swapping files.
A "100% save file" is not a profile stat wipe. It is a specific profile.dat and savegame.dat that overwrites your local progress. Hitman 3 100 Save File Steam
Steam achievements are triggered by server communication. While installing a save file won't instantly pop every achievement, it can sometimes confuse the achievement tracking system. Furthermore, if you use a save file that has "Completed," you may find yourself unable to naturally unlock story-related achievements because the game already thinks you have done them.
