The book tells girls they need 9–11 hours of sleep. As adults, we brag about 5 hours. The "care and keeping" philosophy demands we stop that. Sleep is not a luxury; it is the time your brain cleans itself.
Whether you are 8, 18, or 48, that remains true. Check your posture. Wash your face. Drink the water. Ask the weird question. The care and keeping of you is a lifetime project—and it starts by turning the first page.
Puberty is a series of milestones, and the more you know about them, the less scary they feel. From growth spurts and breast development to the start of menstruation, these changes are signs that your body is working exactly as it should. Learning about periods—what to expect, how to use different products like pads or tampons, and how to manage cramps—empowers you to handle your cycle without stress. Knowledge replaces fear, turning "the talk" into a toolkit for self-assurance. Fueling Your Body and Mind

If you’re using Notepad++, all the files in your application are simply saved on your hard drive somewhere, whether it’s where you specified they be saved, or in the default save location I mentioned in the post above. If you would like to make sure those files are backed up, I would recommend using standard solutions like OneDrive, Google Drive, or even GitHub. I personally use GitHub to “backup” all the draft files I create for this blog, and it works really well! I hope that helps!
