Check the source material. Dolby Pro Logic requires a source encoded with Dolby Surround (analog). A standard CD (stereo) will not decode to surround. Also, ensure your DVD/Blu-ray player is set to output “Dolby Surround” or “PCM” (not Bitstream), as the AVC-2530 cannot decode modern digital bitstreams like Dolby Digital.
