Connect your computer to the router via an Ethernet cable (POE connection).
Avoid random “firmware download” websites that bundle .exe files or ask for payment. Legitimate Yeacomm P11 firmware is always a .bin , .trx , or .img file, never an installer.
Always use Ethernet. A cellular handover during the 90-second flash window will corrupt the firmware.
