The Special Transport DLC required extreme stability. 1.34 optimized the escort vehicle AI. In previous patches, escort cars would sometimes freeze at highway merges. 1.34 largely squashed those bugs, making oversized loads (like the 70-ton locomotive) actually enjoyable.
