Their big break came in 2003 when they were discovered by music industry executive, Mike Curlee. Curlee was impressed by the band's raw talent and offered them a record deal with Epic Records. The Fray's debut album, "The Fray," was released in 2005, which included the hit single "How to Save a Life."
