The story takes place in the 1970s at the prestigious high school, White Crow High School, where a powerful student organization, the "Crows," rules the school with an iron fist. Eiji Miyata, a transfer student from Tokyo, joins the school with a mission to take down the Crows and become the school's most feared student.
