IBM MQ uses Inter-Process Communication (IPC) resources to manage connections and data buffers. If your system runs out of shared memory segments or semaphores, MQ cannot create new objects or accept new connections.

IBM frequently releases patches for known "Probe Ids" that trigger AMQ6125E. Check if your MQ version is outdated and if there is a newer Fix Pack available.
