A: Attempt at your own risk. At best, it will install generic Microsoft drivers. At worst, it will cause a BSOD (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE).
The "14" in the name refers to the version year (2014). This was the golden era of DriverPack before aggressive adware bundling became a significant criticism.
