Chm-u01 - Firmware Scatter

Huawei sometimes shipped CHM-U01 with a small /cust partition for carrier branding. Advanced users can edit the scatter file — change size values for cust and userdata — then use to repartition. Warning: This corrupts all data and requires reflashing nvram from a backup.
