The (also known as Toyota/Lexus/Scion TIS Techstream cable) is a J2534-1 & J2534-2 compliant pass-through device. It allows a PC to communicate with vehicle ECUs (Electronic Control Units) via the OBD-II port. The driver enables the J2534 protocol so that software like Toyota Techstream , Honda HDS , or generic J2534 applications can access vehicle networks.
