Pritom doesn’t always push OTA (over-the-air) updates frequently. If you need to manually flash or restore your M10:

You accidentally used “Format All + Download” without backing up NVRAM. Fix: Use an engineering tool like Maui Meta or SN Write Tool to restore IMEI numbers. You need the IMEI from the original box. Alternatively, flash a “NVRAM fix” ZIP via custom recovery. Pritom M10 Firmware
