The story follows Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) as he works for S.H.I.E.L.D. in Washington, D.C.. After a series of attacks on S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury, Rogers uncovers a massive conspiracy: the terrorist organization HYDRA has been growing within S.H.I.E.L.D. for decades.
